I worked as a psychologist. I gained experience as a student, client, counselor, lecturer. Personal development was a big part of my life. The intensity of psychotherapy training brought many deep relationships, valuable experiences and insights into my life. And it challenged me to be the best version of myself for my clients too.

In the present I still see the value in psychological sessions. There are many experts, many different professionals but also personal approaches. We can choose. I personally prefer approaches that can perceive openess and acceptance. I preffer experience then just talk. Do not get stuck in spirals of emotions, do not shy away from authenticity. And these qualities and elements of counseling I can offer  clients. Accepting ourselves, welcoming whatever emerges.

With yoga practice, I see myself as a teacher for beginners and for little advanced yogis.

Yoga is an ancient wisdom that we know in Western culture primarily through the physical practice of asanas. Yoga, among other things, has an important focus on breathing and meditation.

Even though I have spent many years studying and working with soul, body and mind. But I need to stay humble and grounded. The more I learn, the more I realize how much I don’t know.
I am not a physiotherapist or a doctor. I can’t help with specific pains.
What I do know is that the body can choose the right movement for itself. That we need to be gentle and kind to ourselves. And that regular yoga movement brings its fruits.

I have worked as a psychologist for several years with individuals, schools, and couples — anyone wishing to deepen their relationship with themselves.
