Yoga
Yoga is for everyone. And I would like to lead classes that everyone who is interested can join. Yoga is not about perfection of Asana. It can be only about tapping to your body, mind and soul. With only awareness of your breath and body-movement.
With regular training movements we become stronger in the body. We support the health of the musculoskeletal system but also of our mind.

Travels to Norway or Slovakia.
For Nordic people I have prepared trips to Slovakia. My mothers country is undiscovered land by big tourism yet. For Slovakian I can help to get a taste of Norwegian nature.
I like guiding as a tour guide. I like to choose from the country what is interesting for a specific group. Culture, customs, food, nature, history, etc. I was born in Czechoslovakia. I am enjoying to introduce Slovakia or the Czech Republic to people from the other side of the world. I can make possible to get to know the possibilities and interesting things of Norway. Especially the area where I live, Jotunheimen National Park and the Beitostølen area.
