My perception (of the word guidance) is that I can accompany someone on some part of life and maybe only for a short time. With the offer of using professional knowledge.

Basically, we need to lead our lives alone.
However, it can be helpful in some depths of our mind, soul and crossroads or fundamental changes in life, to have someone by our side, who sees us, hears us and have deep compassion for us.

HOW IS THE PROCESS OF GUIDANCE STARTING? Write me, make a contact. We will find time and chanel how to meet. You will bring the main topic or issue you want to process togheter. What is next you can decide during the session. Payment is based on the individual agreement.
Modern PSYCHOLOGY is used in many areas. I am dedicated to its therapeutic use and personal development.
The key direction is the recognition of one’s emotions, thoughts, attitudes and beliefs. Awareness, which leads to conscious and free decisions about one’s thinking, feeling and behavior.
BRAINSPOTTING (BSP) method.
2025
It is a fascinating and relatively new therapeutic method that combines work with the brain, body and emotions.
It is mainly used to process trauma, anxiety, stress and deep emotional wounds that often cannot be resolved by just “talking”.

Brainspotting is a gentle but profound method that: allows you to process trauma without having to retell it in detail, works with the body’s wisdom and nervous system, helps restore inner peace and natural balance.
What is BRAINSPOTTING (BSP)?
It is a psychotherapeutic method developed in 2003 by David Grand, an American psychotherapist.
It is based on the knowledge of neuroscience, EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and body-oriented approaches.
It is based on the idea that “where we look affects how we feel” — that is, that the gaze of the eyes can activate specific areas of the brain where emotional traces from the past are “stored”.
Some of the SIGNALS when you can consider psychological guidance:
EMOTIONAL
You often feel sad, empty, or anxious, even when there is no clear reason for it.
Emotions are too strong or unstable – for example, you easily cry, get upset, or become insecure over small things.
You feel like you are losing control of your reactions.
You feel numb or “disconnected” from your feelings or surroundings.
PHYSICAL and PSYCHOLOGICAL
signs of stress
Sleep problems (insomnia, night wakings, extreme fatigue).
Appetite changes, headaches, stomach upset.
Constant tension, rapid breathing, heart palpitations.
Feeling “on edge” even when there is no obvious reason.
BEHAVIOR and RELATIONSHIPS
You start to isolate yourself from people or avoid them.
You argue more often, react irritablely.
You reach for alcohol, food, mobile phones, TV series as an escape.
You feel like no one understands you or that you have to handle everything alone.
LIFE SUTUATIONS
You’ve gone through a difficult loss, breakup, trauma.
You’re going through a change – new job, child, divorce, leaving home…
You feel like you’re going in circles and don’t know how to move forward
POSITIVE REASONS (preventive)
You want to better understand your behavior and emotions.
You want to learn how to manage stress, communicate, or set boundaries.
You desire personal growth – to be more satisfied and confident..
